Significant Accomplishments

Managed teams of writers, illustrators, and production coordinators to develop, produce, and deliver quality hardware, software, user, and OPI developer manuals while staying in budget and delivering on time. Drove efforts to ensure compliance with translation and localization of documentation for worldwide distribution.

Devised and implemented successful new scheduling tools to facilitate more timely and accurate feedback from reviewers to meet interim goals for alpha, beta, and field trial testing, and to improve “real world” usability and accuracy.

Created detailed and illustrated service manuals for innovative start-up companies to keep costs low and enhance revenues.

Designed and facilitated automated documentation distribution system for a Fortune 500 company to reach employees worldwide, increasing efficiency to minimize expenses and maximize effective deployment of time-sensitive documents.
